Part of what we do in the RED Zone is stay on top of physical assessments. We love to consistently measure, pinch, and weigh our members to ensure physical changes are occurring. For many people, however, it is physical performance levels that are of more importance than weight and body fat percentages. Therefore, we have developed a measurable, score-based performance evaluation that will be part of the RED Zone curriculum. Testing days will occur once a month over a two day period in place of Afterburn classes. They will be made available on the online scheduler and all RED Zone members will have access to these sessions. We believe that these tests will be every bit, if not more indicative of your fitness progression and results.
